Cats

I was assigned a task to take care of the cats while the master student of my supervisor was away for holiday.

This is the “elephant house”, where the cats are kept. The so called elephant house has no elephant :-P

Two rooms to keep male and females cats separately, equipped with enrichment and carpets as well.

Introducing my darling cats

Top, from left to right (female) : Snow white, Velvet, Balo

According to the student, Prince likes Snow white, Copper likes Velvet and Tom likes Barlo. 3 nice couples :-)

Copper, look this way !!

Sometimes they were not allowed to come out of the room. Cortisol level rose up to maximum each time I opened the door because I had to make sure they would not run away. If they climbed up high, they were reluctant to go back to the cage. Overall, working with cats is fantastic and happy.

On my way to elephant house, I met some dogs.

This darling is energetic and naughty. I love to give him a pat on head whenever I see him.

I like to play with this fellow, a bit shy but friendly. On Tuesday, while I was heading to the elephant house, this darling ran towards me at the very first moment when she saw me. Guess she liked me right. She melted my heart. I was so touched and happy.

Animals are reasons that make me smile and happy. This is still hold true :-)

Dogs

I would like to have a dog, when I am able to do so. Siberian Husky is my first choice. Fall in love with Husky at the first sight :-)

Husky looks alert, smart and energetic. I am quite blur, so I hope I can keep a dog which is not as blur as I am.

A dog who knows how to “manja” gets attention from the owner. Isn't it good to pamper the dog also? 

If I have children, I would like to let them to keep pet dogs. Bonding between children and dogs could be amazing. I do hope they learn to take care of the dog and learn to love.

Commitment is required to keep a pet. Doggie would be very happy to spend time with us.Dogs are known as man’s best friend. I do hope dogs would think that “men are dogs’ best friend” as well.

Birthday and review

I saw this nice and meaningful post of my friend.

“…that when we celebrate a person's birthday, we are in actual fact celebrating the people in his/her life. Because a person would be nothing if not for his God, family and friends…”
I agree with my friend. My birthday falls on early January, a nice day for me to think about the past events and give thanks to the ones who are dear to my heart.

Dear Lord, thank You for having my best interest at heart. In the midst of storms, You still hold me close. I know all the trials were positioned to transform me into a person that You wants me to be.

My dear family, thanks for supporting me every now and then. Thanks for the unconditional love. You all mean the whole world to me. I promise to be a good baby and I will not let you all down.

My dear genuine friends and cousins, thanks for offering help when I was in need. There were lots of unexpected events took place at various time points. Thank you, for willing to walk through every circumstance with me. It is magic how our friendships begin, blossom and grow. Kind souls like you all deserve to occupy my heart.

I am truly blessed and blissful, to bump into you all in my life journey. Thank you, for being part of my life. Love and hugs :-)
